Plastic Pipes

Plastic Pipes Manufacturer

Our high-performance plastic pipes are designed for superior chemical resistance and durability, available in materials like UPVC, CPVC, PPH, and PVDF. Suitable for industrial, chemical, and water treatment applications, they comply with DIN PN6/10 and ANSI SCH80/40 standards for reliable pressure handling. Options include standard and customized sizes (DN15–DN300) to meet diverse project needs. Ideal for corrosive fluid transport, semiconductor cooling, and wastewater systems.

Types of Plastic Pipes

Our comprehensive plastic pipes range includes UPVC pipes, CPVC pipes, PPH pipes, PVDF pipes, and Clear PVC pipes to suit diverse industrial applications. Available in DIN/ANSI/JIS standards, these corrosion-resistant pipes handle various pressure ratings from PN6 to SCH8012. UPVC pipes offer cost-effective solutions, CPVC withstands higher temperatures, PPH provides superior chemical resistance, while PVDF excels in high-purity applications. Clear PVC pipes enable visual flow monitoring in pharmaceutical and food processing systems. Custom sizes/lengths available upon request.

Advantages of Plastic Pipes

Advantages of Plastic Pipes

Our plastic pipes (UPVC/CPVC/PPH/PVDF) provide superior corrosion resistance and smooth inner walls for optimal flow efficiency, a core advantage that makes pph pipe ideal for aggressive industrial environments. Their lightweight design ensures easy handling and installation while meeting rigorous standards (DIN/ANSI/JIS certified). With excellent chemical resistance and long service life, they're ideal for water distribution, chemical transport, and industrial applications.

How do temperature requirements affect material selection between UPVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF pipes?

How do temperature requirements affect material selection between UPVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF pipes?

  • UPVC Pipes: Suitable for temperatures up to 60℃ (140℉)- commonly used for temperatures under 45℃ (113℉).

CPVC Pipes: Can withstand higher temperatures up to 95℃ (203℉) - preferred for hot water distribution and moderate temperature chemical processes.

PPH pipes: Excelent for temperatures up to  93℃ (203℉) - frequently used in industrial applications requiring higher heat resistance than CPVC.

PVDF Pipes:The most heatresistant, handing continuous operation up to  150℃ (302℉)-ideal for extreme temperature applications in semiconductor and high-purityindustries.
